These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through this website or through any associated booking channels. By reserving with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility to Book

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on this website. By submitting a reservation, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking Confirmation

A reservation becomes official only after successful submission and email confirmation. We reserve the right to reject bookings in certain situations, such as availability discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the apartment with care, respect house rules provided before arrival, avoid causing disturbance to neighbors, and comply with occupancy limits. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. Payments

Payment terms depend on the selected booking method. Secure external processors handle transactions without retaining full card information. Reservations may require full or partial prepayment.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on rate selection. Free cancellation may be available up to a specified period before arrival; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full booking amount. Conditions are shown at checkout. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

8. House Rules

No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be respected (typically 22:00–08:00). Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. Rule violations may result in stay termination without compensation.

9. Liability

We bear no responsibility for personal item loss, damage from property misuse, or service interruptions from external sources. Guests should carry appropriate travel insurance.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government orders, epidemics, and infrastructure breakdowns.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

12. Changes to Reservations or Terms

We reserve the right to modify bookings in exceptional cases or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
